Recipe Ideas for Life Broth
NOTE: feel free to add chili, salt & pepper, garlic and onions to your dish!!
Also, add your choice of protein to any of these dishes!!
Soups:
Take any almost vegetable of your choice and roast it in your oil of choice at 400º for 30min. Throw in a pot with a bottle of Life Broth and you have a wonderful soup. Toss it all in a blender and puree to your level of liquidity. BOOM…you’ve got an amazing thick veggie soup.
Roasted Veggie Puree:
Roast your veggies in your choice of oil. Toss them in a boiling pan with your choice of Life Broth, and cook till very soft. Throw in blender, add more broth as needed and mix until you get a think puree.

Guacamole:
Take two avocados out of their skin, toss in a bowl with salt, pepper, chili powder and pour in a little Latin Life Broth. Mash it up to desired consistency. Top with fresh cilantro.
Mashed Potatoes:
Very easy...cut your potatoes into small cubes. Toss into boiling pan and cover with the Life Broth of your choice. Add ghee or butter, salt and pepper. Boil till soft, mash and enjoy.
Grains:
Use life broths when making any and all of your grains.
Rice
Couscous
Risotto
Fried Rice:
Once your rice is cooked in Life Broth, sauté your proteins and veggies in some oil and toss them in a pan with the rice.

(Arabian) Moroccan Rice with sliced almonds and golden raisins
Pancakes:
Use Arabian or Caribbean when making pancakes. We like to use the Kodiak brand pancake mix.
Smoothies:
Frozen blueberries and acai, cover with half chocolate milk and half Caribbean Life Broth, add a spoon full of nut butter and blend to desired thickness...I like mine more like sorbet!!
Toss half a bottle of Western Broth in the blender with a handful of mixed greens, half an avocado. dash of salt and pepper hand full of ice, blend and enjoy
Cocktails:
Caribbean Bloody Mary
Asian broth, vodka, redbull, squeeze of lime over ice
Latin broth, lime, tequila, splash of soda water, dash of chili
